AI drafts the takeoff. You check it.

Send a plan set. Get back a line-item quantity takeoff with discrepancies flagged, ready for your estimator to review. Less time counting, more time bidding.

The Hampton Place takeoff demo

A walkthrough of the system working through a real renovation plan set, from upload to a finished takeoff with the problems flagged. The video is coming soon. On a call I can show you live.

It's a demo on a real plan set, not a client result. I also ran it on a waterproofing plan set (Pier 4).

How it works

Your estimator stays in charge. The system does the counting, a person makes the calls.

  1. Upload

    Send the plan set

The same drawings your team would take off by hand.

  2. Draft

    AI builds the takeoff

Quantities, line by line, in a format your team can check.

  3. Flag

    Problems get called out

Places where the drawings don't agree get flagged, so nothing slips into the bid.

  4. Review

    Your estimator signs off

They check the draft, fix what needs fixing, and price the job.

Who it's for

  • An old construction blueprint with structural details

    Commercial general contractors

Roughly $5M to $50M a year and 10 to 200 people, where the estimating team has more plan sets than hours. Starting with GCs in Texas, Florida and Ohio.

Not built for heavy civil, infrastructure or industrial work.

30-day pilot. No lock-in.

We run it on your real bids for 30 days. Your estimator reviews every takeoff, so you see exactly what it gets right and what it misses. If it's not worth it, you stop.

I don't promise a number of extra bids. Book a call for details.

Straight answers

Do you have GC clients yet?

Not yet. You'd be one of the first. What exists is a working system and two test runs on real plan sets, Hampton Place and Pier 4. That's why it starts as a 30-day pilot with no lock-in.

Does this replace my estimator?

No. It does the counting. Your estimator reviews every line and makes every pricing call.

How accurate is it?

I don't quote an accuracy number, because I haven't measured one on client work yet. Every line gets checked by your estimator before it goes into a bid, and the pilot shows you how it does on your own jobs.

Will it work on my plan sets?

Send me one before the call and I'll tell you straight whether it's a fit.

What does it cost?

Book a call and I'll give you a straight number for your volume.

Can I cancel?

Yes, anytime. No lock-in.

Want to see it on one of your bids?

30 minutes. I'll walk you through the Hampton Place takeoff and ask how your team bids today.
