Who we are

What we collect

• Business contact details from public sources. If we emailed you first, we found your work email and business details on public pages, such as your company website or public business listings. We don't buy email lists.
• What you send us. Your replies to our emails and anything you share on a call.
• Booking details. When you book a call, the booking tool collects your name, email and the answers you give on the booking form.
• Basic website data. This site has no ad trackers and no analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security.
• Link tags. Links in our emails can carry tags (like utm_source) that tell us which email you clicked from. The site keeps them in your browser for that visit only and passes them to the booking tool.

How we use it

To contact you about our services, to answer you, to run the calls you book, and to keep our suppression list, which makes sure we never email someone who opted out.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We use a few service providers to run the business: our email provider, our cold-email sending tool, our booking tool and our website host. They only process it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

Prospect details are deleted when they're no longer needed. If you opt out, we keep only your email address on our suppression list, so we can make sure you're never emailed again.

Text messages

We don't send cold text messages.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@eastpearlai.com and we'll answer.

If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
